I found this neat little app the other day that will give you a quick calculation of a neighborhood’s ‘walk score’ – that is, a general metric of how accessible basic amenities are to your humble abode by foot. Ours isn’t half bad! Now that spring is just around the corner, we’re going to make sure to take full advantage of our walkability and remember to hoof it more often.

    62. Not stellar, but not too bad for a non-urban area. Mt Holly was founded in 1688, so it's designed for foot traffic. Older small towns and modern suburbs are distinct from one another in that respect.
