My first hockey game
Thursday, October 2nd, 2008My sister Anneke and her cool beau Bryan took me to my first ever Flyers game last night. Bryan is no slouch when it comes to sports knowledge and was gracious enough to explain what the hell was going on. Not that I don’t get it, but damn, hockey has it’s finer points. Did you know, for example, each team has an “enforcer” who’s job it is to start fights and intimidate people? Awesome.
